Shipping policy

We are happy to provide our clients with free insured worldwide shipping on APin purchases. All shipping is fully insured with signature required on delivery. We ship with Japan Post locally and DHL or Japan Post internationally. Shipping confirmation and tracking is sent once your order is en-route.

Ready-to-ship items will usually be posted within two business days from when the order was placed. This may increase during busy or sale periods.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of international taxes and duties.

For local clients, in-store pickup is available from the APin Jewellery  Store in Okachimachi, Tokyo.
